Nov 2008 - Present

As the Manager of ICT at Kimplas Piping Systems Ltd, I oversee SAP and infrastructure operations at our Nashik and Pune entities, collaborating closely with our Global ICT/IT Team in APAC Singapore. Managing all IT infrastructure operations and SAP services, I ensure seamless transactions across functional areas. With expertise in SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, WM, PS, FICO, and BASIS, I've revamped network infrastructure, implemented SD-WAN and VPN setups, and maintained robust security protocols, while driving strategic IT initiatives and overseeing SAP license audits.

Gemini Instratech Pvt. Ltd.

August 2006 – October 2008

As an Executive ERP at Gemini Instratech Pvt. Ltd., I played a pivotal role in implementing IT CONSULTANT E.R.P Modules, including Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Production. Working with Microsoft SQL SERVER 2000, I handled tasks such as creating Crystal Reports and resolving runtime errors in front-end V.B applications. Additionally, I developed reports based on user requirements, provided training to staff, and managed network, router, desktop, and email-related issues. I also spearheaded the setup of IT infrastructure for a new plant, managing email solutions, server backups, VPN clients, and ISP.

Caprihans India Ltd.

July 2005 - August 2006

As an ERP Trainee at Caprihans India Ltd., I contributed to the End User Implementation Team of Oracle ERP developed by Satyam Computer Services. My responsibilities included working on Factory Dispatch, Receiving, Shipment & Branch Dispatches, and collaborating as a team member on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects using Oracle 11i Forms Based Developer Applications. Additionally, I provided staff training on functional application usage, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation of ERP solutions.

Spearheaded SAP S4 HANA implementation at Kimplas, managing modules including MM, WM, PP, SD, FI, CO, PS, & HCM, resulting in two successful rollouts and one end-to-end implementation. Held key roles as Project Manager, SAP Coordinator, and Business Analyst.

Process Enhancement and Interface Development

Led process enhancements in SD & FI modules as part of TCS Implementation, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Developed SAP interfaces for E-invoice & E-way Bill, Bravo Interface, and Delta Master Interface, streamlining data flow.

Seamless SAP Server Migration and GST Implementation

Orchestrated SAP server migration, ensuring smooth transition and uninterrupted operations. Successfully implemented GST and tested various business scenarios, contributing to operational efficiency.

Implementation of Controls and Contract Processes

Implemented stringent controls in Vendor Info Records & Purchase Order processes, enhancing procurement efficiency and compliance. Implemented Purchase Contract and Sales Contract processes, improving overall workflow.

Efficient SAP Functional Support and CIN Implementation

Managed SAP functional support for processes contributing to a company turnover of Rs. 200 Crore, ensuring optimal system performance. Implemented CIN for visualization tests in SAP and developed various reports.

ITSM Implementation and ICT Integration Project

Implemented ITSM processes using ServiceNow for efficient monitoring of ticket and escalation structures. Led the ICT Norma integration infra project, collaborating with the Global Norma ICT Team for seamless integration.
